Q. Would I still be able to order my child’s photographs after the deadline date has passed?
A. Yes we can still process all late orders and deliver them to your door. All you need to do is quote the reference number and ideally send us a copy of the proof card image from your order form when contacting us, emailing it to firstname.lastname@example.org
Q. I have lost my order form, how can I order my child’s photographs?
A. You can contact us on 07931724164 or email us at: email@example.com
Q. My partner and I are now separated how can I order my own copy of my child’s photograph?
A. If you contact the school or nursery to ask for your child’s reference number from their proof sheet we can send you an order form.
Q. Can my children be photographed as a family?
A. Yes we can take an individual photograph as well as a family one as long as it has been arranged with your child’s school beforehand.
Q. How long will it take to receive my photographs?
A. We aim to dispatch all orders within 14 working days. In quieter periods (Feb, Mar, Apr and Aug) this time can be significantly reduced. Please allow 14 working days before contacting us if you haven’t received your order.
Q. My photographs have arrived and they are damaged/missing, how can I solve this problem?
A. We can replace your photographs as soon as you let us know about the problem by contacting us on 07931724164 or email us at: firstname.lastname@example.org
Q. My photographs have arrived and I am so pleased with them I would like to order extra photographs, is this possible?
A. Yes of course,if you contact us on 07931724164 or email us at: email@example.com we will be only too happy to help.
